General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the competition "Become a part of the Christmas secret"
- Organizer: The competition is organised by Allprotec®.
- Participation period: The competition will take place from 26 December 2023 to 10 January 2024.
- Eligibility: All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate, with the exception of Allprotec® employees and their relatives.
- Conditions of participation: To participate in the competition, participants must guess the item numbers and names of the protective equipment that Santa Claus may have used on his journey and send them to info@allprotec.de by email. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
- Profit: The prize consists of a starter package from Allprotec®, which includes equipment as mentioned in the competition description. The prize is non-transferable, a cash payment of the prize is not possible.
- Winner determination and notification: From all entries containing the correct answers, a winner will be determined by lottery at the end of the participation period. The winner will be notified by e-mail.
- Privacy: Personal data collected in the context of the competition will be used exclusively for the implementation of the competition and will be deleted after its completion, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations.
