From the new series Red360 In this blog post, we present the Ryder S1P ESD safety shoe. This modern and very lightweight safety shoe is characterized by its innovative Infinergy® sole. For indoor work, the Ryder is equipped with the Protection class S1P perfectly suited. The textile puncture-resistant midsole Save & Flex® PLUS protects the feet against pointed or sharp objects. The toes are optimally protected by the AirToe aluminum cap. With these protective elements, the Ryder S1P safety shoe weighs only 605 grams (per piece in size 42). Safety shoes no longer have to be heavy and bulky. The Ryder S1P ESD also proves this.
The upper of this sporty safety shoe is made of a soft and high-quality suede with inserts made of breathable nylon. For even more comfort, the Ryder S1P safety shoe is equipped with a Lycra collar. This means that the shoe sits optimally on the foot and offers a high level of comfort, almost like a sneaker. This is rounded off by the breathable heel protection, which reduces twisting of the ankle.

Infinergy® is an innovation from the chemical world market leader BASF, which is used in many areas. Among other things, the material is used in running shoes, treadmills and bicycles. U-Power has partnered with BASF to integrate Infinergy® into the outsoles of its safety shoes. Infinergy® is a TPU (TPU-E = expanded thermoplastic polyurethane).
