Can only companies or private customers also order?
AAV GmbH exclusively supplies commercial customers. If you send us your request, you will receive advice and a personal offer from us. Therefore, ordering directly via our website www.allprotec.de not possible.
If you want to order protective work clothing as a private customer, you can do so via the online shop www.omniprotect.de make.
Do you need additional advice via our service hotline?
Would you like advice or do you have questions about certain products that you cannot find in the article description? We will be happy to advise you. You can contact us either by phone, e-mail or fax. Our long-standing and experienced employees will be happy to help you. You can reach us via our service hotline 0511-679997-0 from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Do I have to observe a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is €50 net value of goods. Below €50 we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of €5.
How can I create a customer account?
You can easily create a customer account by clicking on the "My account" icon (person) in the upper right corner. A form will open where you can create your customer account. Please enter your e-mail address in the form and think of a password and enter it in the appropriate fields.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply follow the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of "My Account". Enter your email address so we can email you your password.
I have received an offer from AAV GmbH. How long is the price from the offer valid?
Many of our products are subject to price fluctuations. So that we can always offer you the latest prices, our offers are always valid for 4 weeks from the date of offer
I have received a payment reminder / reminder and have already paid. What can I do?
We will be happy to check your information. Please let us know the exact booking date, the transfer amount and the recipient's bank details.
From what value are orders delivered free of charge?
From a net value of goods of €500, we deliver free of charge within Germany (except islands). For delivery to the German Isles, a surcharge is always charged. Below a net value of €500 we charge shipping costs per package.
Deliveries to other European countries are also possible. Please ask our staff for the exact shipping costs.
How long is the delivery time usually?
If you send us your order by e-mail or fax, it will usually be processed on the same day. If you order by phone, the employee can already give you a delivery date on the phone.
After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us with a delivery date. We deliver stock goods by parcel service (DPD) within 24-48 hours. Experience has shown that delivery takes a little longer (2-3 working days) for freight forwarding orders. For goods that we do not have in stock, the delivery date will be confirmed with an order confirmation.
Part of my order was not delivered. When will the rest of the goods arrive?
If the goods you ordered are not or not completely available from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation from us. In consultation with you, it will be determined whether part of the goods should be delivered to you in advance.
If part of your order has not been delivered, please check the contents on the delivery note, which is marked as partial delivery. As soon as the missing items arrive in our warehouse, we will send you the remaining delivery directly and without extra shipping costs.
How can I tell if an item is available from stock?
A large item availability is important to us! Therefore, we have most of the items from our product range in stock for you. The availability from stock is indicated on the website with a green dot. The items marked with an orange dot are currently in stock or available for pre-order. We update this availability display several times a day.
What are the shipping costs at AAV?
From a net value of €500, the goods will be delivered free of charge within Germany.
Under €500 net value of goods we charge the following shipping costs:
- 1 package €6.55
- 2 packages €10,90
- 3 packages €15.25
- 4 packages €19.60
- 5 Packages €23,95
Of course, we also send your delivery to the German islands or to other European countries. We will then inform you separately of the exact shipping costs for these deliveries.
Does AAV GmbH also deliver abroad?
Yes, we also deliver the goods to addresses in other European countries. Please ask your customer advisor for the exact delivery conditions.
What should be considered when returning the goods?
If you would like to return goods to the AAV, we always ask you to notify us of the return by telephone or in writing. If, contrary to expectations, the goods have a quality defect, we will of course have the goods picked up from you free of charge by DPD.
If you have ordered the wrong item, we ask that you return the goods at your expense. Parcels sent freight collect will not be accepted.
